New York, NY – November 20, 2025: tZERO Group Inc., a leading innovator in blockchain-powered multi-asset infrastructure, today announced the appointment of Mike Diedrichs as Senior Vice President and Head of Sales, effective immediately.
A seasoned capital markets executive with over 20 years of experience scaling fintech, trading, and AI-driven platforms, Diedrichs will lead tZERO’s global sales organization with a focus on expanding institutional adoption of the company’s regulated, end-to-end digital asset infrastructure for tokenization, trading, and settlement.
“As we deliver on the reset strategy, and execute with speed, our core focus is to convert these results into revenue. That is key. Mike’s experience aligns perfectly with tZERO’s mission to deliver connected, compliant, and scalable tokenized rails to a network of partners worldwide,” said Alan Konevsky, Chief Executive Officer, tZERO.
Prior to joining tZERO, Diedrichs served as Chief Revenue Officer at Bosonic, where he led global expansion initiatives and developed institutional sales strategies for its broker-dealer and ATS platform for digital asset securities. He previously held executive roles at HyperTrader, Nest Financial Group, and GetLoci, where he scaled recurring revenue growth and drove operational and partnership strategies across multiple geographies.
“Mike brings a proven track record of driving growth and accelerating market penetration across fintech and digital asset sectors,” said Alan Swimmer, tZERO’s EVP and Chief Strategic Relationships Officer, whose team Mike will join.
In his new role, Diedrichs will also collaborate closely with Evangelos Tzoulafis, Senior Vice President and Head of Execution, to drive the execution of key partnerships and projects supporting tZERO’s Tokenize + Trade + Connect growth strategy – powering the end-to-end lifecycle of digital assets from issuance to liquidity to integration.
“I am excited to join tZero as it leads the transformation of capital markets through compliant, scalable tokenization and digital trading infrastructure,” said Diedrichs. “The company’s strategic vision places it squarely at the forefront of the industry’s next chapter. I look forward to helping drive the firm’s growth and expanding global access to digital securities.”
