Eddid Securities USA Partners with tZERO for Digital Asset Securities Trading and Custody

News

Eddid Securities USA Inc., a FINRA-registered introducing broker-dealer, can now introduce customer accounts to tZERO for correspondent clearing and custody, with access to tZERO Securities ATS for eligible digital asset securities.

NEW YORK, NY – September 9, 2026 – Eddid Securities USA Inc. (“Eddid USA”), a FINRA-registered introducing broker-dealer and the U.S. subsidiary of Hong Kong-based fintech group Eddid Financial, today announced a strategic engagement with tZERO Group, Inc. (“tZERO”), a leader in blockchain-powered financial market infrastructure, to bring eligible digital asset securities within reach of Eddid USA’s clients through a familiar, regulated brokerage experience.

Under the engagement, Eddid USA has entered into agreements with tZERO’s regulated broker-dealer subsidiaries spanning trading, clearing, and custody – with the correspondent clearing arrangements approved by FINRA under FINRA Rule 4311. As a subscriber to the tZERO Securities ATS, the alternative trading system operated by tZERO Securities, LLC, Eddid USA can facilitate trading in eligible securities – including digital asset securities – on behalf of its customers. Through a fully disclosed correspondent clearing relationship, tZERO Securities, LLC will carry and clear introduced customer accounts, while custody of digital asset securities will be provided by tZERO Digital Asset Securities, LLC, an SEC-registered broker-dealer, which operates in accordance with the SEC’s framework for broker-dealer custody of digital asset securities.

The engagement positions Eddid USA at the intersection of two of its core strengths: capital markets execution for growth-stage issuers and a compliance-first operating culture. For investors, it broadens the universe of eligible opportunities available through a trusted brokerage relationship; for issuers, it connects them to regulated market infrastructure purpose-built for tokenized securities.

“Eddid was built to connect global investors with opportunity, and digital asset securities are a natural extension of that mission,” said Jerry Tse, Chief Executive Officer of Eddid Financial. “Working with tZERO gives us institutional-grade trading, clearing, and custody infrastructure from day one, so our clients can participate in this market through the firm they already know – with the safeguards and standards they expect from a regulated broker-dealer.”

For Eddid USA clients, the experience is designed to be straightforward: clients can learn about eligible opportunities, evaluate them with an Eddid USA representative, and, where appropriate and suitable, participate without needing to manage private keys or wallet infrastructure themselves – custody of digital asset securities is maintained by tZERO Digital Asset Securities, LLC through accounts established for that purpose. All offerings remain subject to applicable eligibility, suitability, and regulatory requirements.

The engagement also extends the broader Eddid Financial group’s commitment to next-generation financial infrastructure, complementing the group’s digital asset and Web3 initiatives.

“Financial institutions increasingly want to offer their clients access to next-generation financial products without having to assemble and operate a complex network of technology and infrastructure providers,” said Alan Konevsky, Chief Executive Officer of tZERO. “Our relationship with Eddid USA demonstrates the power of tZERO’s Infrastructure-as-a-Service model: institutions can maintain their own brand and client relationships while leveraging tZERO’s technology, regulated infrastructure and operational capabilities behind the scenes.”

Eddid USA believes the future of capital markets will combine trusted client relationships, established distribution, and regulated blockchain infrastructure within a single experience. This engagement gives the firm a complete, regulated foundation – trading venue access, correspondent clearing, and qualified digital asset securities custody – without a multi-year infrastructure buildout, while maintaining the regulatory standards at the core of its business.
